1. CommVault认证具体分为几类？

针对CommVault软件产品，CommVault认证专业IT人员有三种角色，它们分别是：

◆CommVault认证系统管理员：他们掌握了在CommVault数据管理环境中操作和管理方面的技能，这是所有其它认证所必须要掌握的;
◆CommVault认证系统工程师：他们除了要掌握系统管理的基本技能以外，还要具有计划、实施CommVault软件各模块的能力，并能根据软件需求搭建硬件环境;
◆CommVault认证支持工程师：他们除了要掌握系统管理的基本技能以外，还要理解CommVault软件内部进程的调用关系并能对CommVault数据管理环境进行诊断、排错。

2. 我如何通过CommVault认证考试？

认证考试包括在CommVault技术培训之中，每个级别的认证都是与相应的培训课程关联。课程参加者在每个课程完成后就要参加考试来测验自己所学的知识和技能。在课程结束时，不一定要参加认证考试，但是如果参加认证考试并达到CommVault要求的最低分数将可以获得相关的认证证书。

3. 如果因为没有完全完成课程，或者错过了认证是否可以重新认证？

我们很理解学员因为某种不可控的原因导致部分课程没有完成，或者需要更多的时间来复习所学课程才能参加考试，在这种情况下，如果学员无法在培训完成后成功进行认证考试，CommVault将免费为学员额外提供一次重新认证考试的机会。

4.我是否可以在不参加培训的情况下直接参加认证考试？

可以，您可以直接付费至CommVault教育培训中心注册并参加在线认证考试。

5. 认证的有效期为多久？

对于最终用户，在相应产品版本可用的时间内都是有效的;对于合作伙伴，在合作期间是有效的，如果有新的技能需要更新，需要重新参加认证来更新技能。

6. 是否认证与相关的产品系列版本相关？

不一定，因为CommVault认证考试是基于技能的考试，而不是针对产品的具体版本，考试题目与产品版本之间是独立的，虽然不同版本之间有些专业词汇不同，但是CommVault所认证的系统管理员、系统工程师及支持工程师的技能与产品的具体版本之间关联不大,甚至有些部分是独立的，不会因为版本更新了，学员掌握的CommVault产品技能就没有了。

7. 为什么CommVault认证系统工程师和支持工程师一定需要先通过系统管理员认证？

如果对于CommVault基本系统管理操作都不会的话，就不可能谈得上规划或者支持CommVault软件产品,系统管理员课程是作为CommVault的基础课程，而系统工程师和支持工程师课程是基于理解和掌握系统管理课程之上的课程。

8. 考试认证的题目到底有多难？
